Dear reader, good afternoon! How are you today? Me, I’m fizzing with excitement. I have something very special to share with you! Today’s letter is an invitation to something rather different - a really exciting announcement.
I have teamed up with a dream team: talented paper florist Meg Lowder of Floragami Paper Flowers, colourful chef Katie Park of Little Pie Patisserie, along with the team at Little Massingham Manor, Norfolk…. and together we are bringing you a very special residential paper flower retreat "Flourishing"!
Connect with nature through art and experience the restorative power of being in the moment at our FLOURISHING PAPER FLOWER RETREAT
A three day, three night feast of paper flowers and botanically inspired food set in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk countryside, using art and nature to calm, connect and inspire.
The retreat is taking place Thursday 25th - Sunday 28th September. We only have 12 places and the first 6 people to sign up will receive a special gift at the end of the retreat as a thank you.
Early bird tickets are live NOW and general release go on sale May 1st so book early to take advantage of the early bird price.
Meg and I are super excited to be able to bring this amazing opportunity to life! Our combined passion for the wonderful paper flowers and shared love of teaching will make this a truly unique and memorable experience.

FURTHER STUDIO STUDIO NEWS
CLASSES On 2nd March I will be delivering a spring flowers workshop at Ruthin Craft Centre. Come along and celebrate St David by spending a day crafting beautiful Daffodils and other spring flowers using nothing but paper, wire and glue! Limited spaces available, visit Eventbrite to book. Wildflower classes will be coming to Ruthin in early May, watch this space!
BLOSSOM AND CREATE my new series of two hour paper flower classes, continues on 18th February with paper snowdrops. Classes run every Tuesday with the choice of a morning (11-1) or an evening (7-9) session. Come along and be part of my paper flower community! During February we are making a lot of daffodils, tulips and other spring flowers. Classes are £25 ( everything is included) and for every four you attend you get one free - bonus! BOOK HERE
FLORIBUNDA the exhibition is on now at The Atkinson Southport until 15th March. You can meet some of the artists at the gallery on 27th February and 8th March (including me).
